Tina Arena announces new national tour and addition to Australian National Film and Sound archive.

After the huge success of her recent outdoor tour in Adelaide (Seppeltsfield Winery, Barossa Valley), Brisbane (Sandstone Point Hotel, Bribie Island), Melbourne (Mornington Racecourse), and Sydney (Opera House Forecourt), by popular demand Tina Arena returns in 2025 for her encore “Don’t Ask Again” Tour, playing all her hits across the country in April/May. Tickets for all shows, which include stops in Perth, Sydney, Penrith, Newcastle, Melbourne, Cairns, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Adelaide are available as soon as tomorrow for Pre Sales, and to the General Public this Friday. Australia’s very own music icon will light up stages in an unforgettable celebration of her illustrious career including her chart-topping anthems to fan favorite’s spanning her decades of extraordinary success. Tina promises an intimate yet electrifying live experience marking the 30th Anniversary of her iconic album Don’t Ask. Released in 1994, the groundbreaking record cemented Tina as a global star, boasting timeless hits like “Chains”, “Wasn’t It Good”, and “Sorrento Moon (I Remember)”. “Don’t Ask” became one of Australia’s highest-selling albums of all time and remains a defining moment in Australian music history.

In addition, the classic “Chains” has today been selected as one of ten extraordinary audio recordings illustrating Australia’s cultural and political life and environment added to the National Film & Sound Archive’s unique Sounds of Australia collection.The National Film and Sound Archive collects sound recordings for inclusion in Australia’s audiovisual archive, creating a continuous record of Australian culture.
